Recovery Activity Checklist – Helps with being diligent in recovery self-care. This checklist is a a daily reminder of some of the recovery tools you have available. Affirmations should really be added to this list.

Affirmations – “I am the hero of my own life!” Affirmations help overcome old beliefs and empower us to CHOOSE new ones. A great source of affirmations is to use the recovery patterns specific to our own codependent behaviors.
